You will partner closely with Product Industrialization, Quality, and Operations teams to define manufacturing requirements, improve production processes, implement design changes, install new equipment, and optimize Capex investments. This is a high-impact role for an engineer who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.\nYour role:\nContribute to mechanical design, development, and optimization of production equipment and tooling.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to design and validate mechanical components using CAD and simulation tools.\nEvaluate mechanical designs for robustness, ergonomics, durability, thermal performance, and reliability.\nDrive mechanical improvements to equipment to enhance performance, reduce downtime, and support high-volume manufacturing.\nLead PDLM subprojects and ensure smooth transfer from design to manufacturing.\nDefine production requirements and support factory readiness for new products.\nReview and update Quality Control Plans and Work Instructions for compliance and safety.\nSupport equipment installation, process ramp-up, and troubleshooting using PLC/automation knowledge.\nDrive design changes and process improvements across the product lifecycle.\nImplement Lean initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.\nOptimize Capex for recurring equipment and ensure seamless integration of new tools.\n You're the right fit if:\nBachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.\nLean Six Sigma certification (preferred).\nStrong understanding of manufacturing principles, EHS, PLM, process improvement, DFM, and CAPA.\nHands-on experience in equipment installation, mechanical design, automation, and troubleshooting.\nAbility to drive continuous improvement independently with strong project management skills.\nWhy Join Us\nYou’ll be part of an innovative manufacturing environment where you can influence product industrialization, optimize processes, and drive improvements that directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
