Provides guidance and support for direct reports.\n\nDevelops financial forecasts and annual plans to align decisions with organizational goals. Ensures strategic financial direction.\n\nOptimizes manufacturing performance by improving productivity, equipment utilization, and efficiency metrics. Enhances operational effectiveness.\n\nProvides ongoing training on production processes and Health & Safety protocols. Prioritizes operator competence and safety.\n\nImplements Lean methodologies and seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Drives efficiency and continuous improvement in production.\n\nYou're the right fit if:\nYou’ve acquired 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent or no prior experience with bachelor’s degree\n\nYou have a Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or equivalent\n\nYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.\n\nYou have a lean Leadership training/certification\n\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
