In addition, become our AI champion, acting as a role model on our AI transformation journey, especially linked to the efficient creation of Marcom assets.\nYour role:\nYou will bring the IGT Systems Marketing & Engagement Strategies to life by translating strategic input from the Downstream Marketing Manager into globally compelling marketing communication assets.\nYou will be responsible for briefing partner agencies, creating and delivering the global master assets/toolkits (inc. print, video, digital collaterals), and campaign materials that support awareness, consideration, demand generation, and loyalty across the pre-defined Customer Decision Journey (CDJ).\nYou will also support medical congresses and events by executing on the defined booth experience, messaging, visuals, and experiential demos, ensuring all materials reflect approved claims and drive impactful customer engagement.\nYou will actively leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to accelerate content creation, improve marketing effectiveness, and increase operational efficiency across marketing communications activities.\nYou will ensure brand consistency, Legal & Regulatory approvals, operational excellence, timely and on budget delivery of all these assets.\nYou will work within the Content & Engagement team - reporting to the Content & Engagement Leader in the created IGT-S Commercial Strategy organization and collaborate closely with the Downstream Marketeers, Digital Marketing Managers as well a multi-disciplinary teams across functions and regions for optimal activation.\nYou will act As an AI champion within the team and as a role model for the responsible adoption of AI, sharing best practices, encouraging experimentation, and supporting colleagues in their own AI transformation journey.\nYou’re the right fit if:\nYou bring 5+ years of MarCom experience in MedTech, B2B, or healthcare related fields (ideally within either Cardiology, Radiology or Surgery)\nYou have strong skills in omnichannel content creation and campaign execution, creative briefing, messaging implementation, content production, managing agency and vendor partners as well as monitoring the set KPIs (twofold: Usage of toolkit by Regions and overall Impact towards our Customer).\nYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\nYou are proficient with AI assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and can apply them responsibly for insights, content development, and workflow acceleration.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart. The base salary range for this role is €61.185 - €101.976. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results.
