In this role, you will support the effective execution of marketing across Australia and New Zealand, helping translate Philips’ business and marketing priorities into coordinated, high-quality activity in market.\nYour opportunity:\nWorking closely with ANZ business teams and regional stakeholders, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives, ensuring the right tools, processes and enablers are in place to execute effectively and consistently.\nYou will help coordinate marketing activity from planning through to execution, maintaining visibility of priorities, actions, timelines, dependencies and performance.\nThis role supports marketing performance and operational effectiveness through KPI tracking, dashboards and reporting, while helping maintain consistent Philips marketing processes, policies and ways of working.\nThrough strong stakeholder management, execution discipline and a continuous improvement mindset, you will help the ANZ marketing team operate efficiently, demonstrate marketing impact and deliver a consistent Philips experience for customers.\nYour role:\nSupport the execution of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, translating agreed priorities into coordinated activity.\nWork closely with ANZ marketing, business and regional stakeholders to ensure required tools, content and resources are aligned, available and delivered on time.\nCoordinate marketing activity from planning through to execution, maintaining visibility of actions, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.\nSupport day-to-day marketing operations, processes and ways of working to enable consistent and effective execution across ANZ.\nMaintain marketing dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting to provide visibility of marketing activity, performance and impact.\nUse data, feedback and reporting insights to identify opportunities to improve marketing execution and effectiveness.\nSupport adherence to Philips marketing policies, procedures and governance requirements.\nBuild effective working relationships across marketing, business, regional teams and external partners to support alignment and delivery.\nProactively communicate progress, risks, dependencies and issues that may affect delivery.\nBe available to travel and attend education workshops as required.\nYou're the right fit if:\nYou will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in marketing execution, campaign coordination, marketing operations or related discipline within healthcare education, medical technology/device or related regulated environment.\nHave proven experience in marketing execution, campaign coordination, marketing operations or a related discipline.\nHold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, marketing communications or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, timelines and stakeholders.\nYou are confident in stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, business and regional teams.\nGood analytical capability, including experience working with marketing data, KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.\nBring sound business acumen, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to work within established governance, policies and compliance requirements while supporting efficient execution.\nAbout Philips\nWe are a health technology company.
