Oversees the entire process to ensure successful product introduction.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nCoordinates with suppliers, procurement, engineering, design, marketing, and logistics partners to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.\nTracks and reports supply chain performance during product phase in/phase out.\nImplements supply chain strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency during product phase in/phase out.\nProposes product pruning to Product Managers to maintain a healthy portfolio.\nMaintains baseline forecast for NPI and PIPO and monitors sales development vs. BC.\nIdentifies and mitigates risks that could impact project timelines and/or budgets.\nMinimizes excess inventory and obsolescence risk during product discontinuations.\nMonitors inventory ramp-up to ensure sufficient stock during product introductions.\nManages Supply Chain Master Data related to new products to ensure smooth execution and data accuracy.\nManage the NPI population (training, coaching, standardization, processes adjustments, performance monitoring)\nEnsures cross-functional alignment to support project goals and objectives.\nDevelops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to support NPI projects.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on new product introduction and lifecycle management.\nAPICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification is an advantage\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
