Coordinates between internal teams and external partners to optimize production processes.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nThis role is responsible for supporting & driving the optimization of the industrial process at the respective manufacturing partner\nResponsible for coordinating engineering & improvement projects through partner resources to meet operational and cost improvement objectives\nProvide direction and guidance with partners to improve industrial capacity, cost, and quality through troubleshooting, root- cause analysis and improvement projects.\nSupports implementation and continuous improvement of standard production system\nScopes, co-develops and coordinates complexity engineering & improvement projects with manufacturing partner\nResponsible to monitor operational performance, Signal and advise on improvement area’s.\nDrives fast, effective root cause problem solving by EMS/CMS for output & quality issues+ escalation\nReviews design and documentation criteria to ensure it meets project specifications\nLeads, performs, and or advises on advanced technical analysis and feasibility studies for project scope, costs, and benefits\nDrives maturity improvement of EMS / CMS and ensure fast issue resolution\nCoordinates together with SAM (CT) actions regarding MVA or BOM cost improvement objectives, and monitor related actions on the ground.\nDrives Drive quality issue resolution at EMS/CMS\nSupports implementation and continuous improvement of standard production system collaborating with other mftg teams\nProvides DFM feedback to NPI/ Industrialization team\nOversees daily outsourced manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards.\nCoordinates with external vendors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.\nMonitors performance metrics and implements improvements to enhance operational efficiency.\nCollaborates with internal departments to align outsourced operations with overall manufacturing goals.\nManages budgets and controls costs related to outsourced production activities.\nEnsures adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in outsourced facilities.\nLeads problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges and mitigate risks.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, providing foundational knowledge in manufacturing processes and systems optimization.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management or industrial process optimization, with proven expertise in coordinating engineering projects, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within outsourced or partner manufacturing environments.\nCertification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or equivalent process improvement methodologies is essential to effectively lead quality and operational excellence projects.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
