In this role, you will contribute to the research, development, optimization, and validation of next-generation detector technologies that power advanced CT systems. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of physics, engineering, and medical imaging driving innovation that directly impacts product performance and patient outcomes.\nYour role:\nBe actively involved in the development and evaluation of CT detector concepts and components.\nModel and characterize key detector performance parameters, including spatial resolution, noise, dynamic range, spectral response, stability, and dose efficiency.\nCollaborate with system image quality teams in shaping and designing image correction algorithms.\nDesign and execute experiments to assess detector behavior under laboratory and system-level operating conditions.\nAnalyze imaging data and detector signals using quantitative methods to identify performance limitations and improvement opportunities.\nCollaborate with hardware, electronics, software, reconstruction, systems, and manufacturing teams to translate physics requirements into technical specifications.\nSupport prototype integration, verification testing, root-cause analysis, and performance troubleshooting.\nSupport Service and Production detection related investigations.\nDevelop test methods, technical reports, verification protocols, and documentation for internal and regulatory use.\nStay current with scientific literature, emerging detector technologies, and industry trends.\nYou're the right fit if:\nMSC or PhD in Physics, with a strong advantage for experimental Physics.\nHands on experimental experience, supported with strong simulation and algorithmic capabilities.\nProficiency in data analysis and scientific programming using tools such as MATLAB or Python.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret complex technical data and communicate conclusions clearly.\nProficiency in English.\nAdvantages :\nBackground in radiation detection physics, x-ray interactions, and CT imaging principles.\nExperience working in cross-functional research and development or product development environments.\nExperience working in a regulated environment (medical devices preferred).\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart. The base monthly salary range for this grade R&D roles is [21,515]- [ 35,858] ILS .
