More about the role
Join us as a Product Engineering Manager and lead dynamic teams driving product compliance, cost optimization, and engineering innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, and Quality, manage change processes and documentation, and shape team capabilities to deliver smart, customer-focused solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead teams focused on product compliance, cost engineering, and project delivery
- Drive product updates, reconfigurations, and customizations to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Quality to ensure smooth change approvals
- Own the Design FMEA process post-commercial release
- Manage team budgets, headcount, and development plans
- Oversee change management and keep technical documentation up to date in PLM systems

- You hold a university diploma in a technical field, preferably manufacturing, engineering.
- You have a relevant work experience in production environment, project management and team management.
- You are an effective communicator and negotiator.
- You are proficient in both Polish and English
