Coordinate buffer and supermarket inventory using Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) to ensure material availability, reliable production flow, and on-time customer delivery.\nYour role:\nCoordinates planning-related master data management closely with Enterprise Information Management (EIM), ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.\nGenerates realistic and achievable Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS), complemented by a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) developed with Operational Buyers for efficient material procurement.\nIssues production schedules to the shop floor and conducts regular planning meetings with Production/Operations Management to synchronize activities and address any concerns.\nInitiates improvements to planning processes and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging expertise in various planning methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.\nReleases/manages production order and material-related issues promptly, utilizing negotiation skills and technical understanding to facilitate effective resolutions.\nYou're the right fit if:\nYou’ve acquired 4+ years of experience with a vocational education in areas such as industrial, manufacturing, production engineering or equivalent.\nYour skills include manufacturing principles, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, materials requirements planning, cost-benefit analysis, master data management, supply chain management and business acumen.\nYou have a bachelor's degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or you have equivalent work experience.
