You will work closely with the Exploratory Innovations Program Lead and cross-functional partners to manage the portfolio, support strategic decisions, and improve the way the program operates through practical, AI-enabled processes. This is an opportunity to build experience at the intersection of healthcare innovation, strategy, and execution.\nYour role:\nManage core XITE portfolio processes, including calls for proposals, project intake, evaluation support, governance materials, and project tracking.\nSupport the delivery of selected innovation projects as a program manager, partner with internal teams and external collaborators to understand priorities, coordinate decisions, and track progress.\nCreate, and refine AI-enabled workflows that make portfolio processes more efficient, consistent, and insight-driven; use sound judgment around data quality, validation, and responsible use.\nDevelop clear executive-level presentations, portfolio updates, and decision materials for leadership discussions within and outside Research.\nTrack and communicate portfolio performance during and beyond the program, to identify opportunities for continued improvement.\nYou're the right fit if:\nYou’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in innovation, program management, consulting, or a related role, ideally in health technology, research, or a technology-driven environment.\nYou have experience supporting or managing a portfolio of initiatives, projects, including tracking financial and non-financial return on investment at a portfolio level.\nYour skills include: Hands-on experience creating, implementing, or using AI-enabled processes and/or automation. Strong analytics and quantitative ability, market research experience is a plus. Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with (Machine Learning (ML), Big Data is a plus.\nYou have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.\nYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. \nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
