Resource Planners handle exception management, and balance continuously conflicting demands in the area of business obligations, resource availabilities and customer demand.\nYou are responsible for\nCreate service workforce shift and create follow-up work order following subcontractor service activities\nCommunicate schedule proposal via conventional methods\nReview optimized options and schedule field service visit\nSchedule service order resources\nCreate customer maintenance plan service events\nCreate, update or cancel customer maintenance plan\nSchedule field service event, create, update or cancel preventative maintenance plan\nProcess service parts and/or tools request\nHandle scheduling exceptions\nAdjust service workforce shift, find service contact & determine preferred method of contact\nCommunicate schedule proposal via automated methods\nPlan noncustomer interaction time and set-up and maintain resource data\nAllocate additional service resources and monitor preventative maintenance delivery and scheduling performance, close subcontractor work order.\nYou are a part of\nYou will be the part of a vibrant Service and Solutions Delivery Team which will offer you rewarding career opportunities and also exposure to the latest in Healthcare Technology.
