同时推进飞利浦数字化转型之旅，让飞利浦发展成为健康科技的全球领导者。\n您的职责是：\n· 负责抖音渠道的内容营销全链路规划，以内容供给、投放判断和直播转化协同为核心，对内容驱动的业务结果负责;\n· 抖音平台营销策略：结合平台大促、营销活动、行业趋势及公司整体营销计划，制定内容排期与投放节奏，确保内容规划与业务目标一致;\n· 内容全链路规划：统筹账号内容矩阵、自播内容、达人种草及千川投放素材的规划与生产管理，建立从内容生产、素材沉淀到投放分发的高效链路;\n· 投放效果监控与策略判断：与直播间投放团队协作，跟踪素材消耗、点击率、转化率、转化成本、投资回报率及千次曝光成交金额等指标，判断投放策略与素材组合是否合理，并及时提出优化建议。本岗位侧重监控与策略判断，不负责日常账户操作;\n· 素材测试与迭代：建立素材测试、复盘和迭代机制，持续提升素材生产效率、优质素材命中率及投放侧内容供给质量。\n要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验\n· 大学本科，5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上头部消费品品牌方抖音生态内容营销或投放相关经验，并有独立操盘案例;\n· 深度理解抖音“内容、千川引流、直播间转化”的业务逻辑，熟悉千川投放机制，能够基于数据判断投放合理性并识别效率问题。\n· 具备从内容创意到投放放量的完整闭环经验，有优质或爆款素材操盘案例;
