Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. Analyzes system performance and implements improvements to enhance functionality.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nSupport Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Business Process Owners, key users and project teams in maintaining SAP EWM solutions aligned to the global template and deploying the global S/4 HANA implementation on a local level.\nProvide expert functional support across core EWM processes including Inbound/Outbound Processing, RF Framework, Warehouse Task/Order management, Internal Warehouse Movements, Physical Inventory, and Yard Management.\nManage specialized EWM functions such as Slotting, Wave Management, and Production Integration.\nProvide end-to-end functional support in an AMS environment including incident management, service requests, defect resolution and root cause analysis in line with agreed service levels.\nConduct impact analysis and testing to support quality delivery of warehouse-specific changes and enhancements.\nSupport EWM processes with strong integration across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Reporting domains.\nMonitor warehouse system performance, operational issues and user feedback to ensure stable and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.\nSupport critical warehouse cycles including peak season fulfilment, inventory counting, and year-end close, ensuring continuity and timely issue resolution.\nProvide user support, functional guidance and knowledge sharing to enable consistent adoption of EWM best practices.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field.\nSignificant hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) implementation and/or support.\nStrong functional understanding of EWM-specific processes including Deconsolidation, Kitting, Shipping Cockpit, and Mobile Data Entry (RF).\nExperience working in a global application maintenance support or production support environment including stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.\nExperience in EWM system enhancements, incident resolution, problem management, testing and delivery of supportable business solutions.\nExperience supporting critical warehouse operations including period-end inventory reconciliations.\nGood understanding of integration points with adjacent business domains and SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI).\nGood understanding of Agile / Scrum ways of working and service management practices.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.\nSAP certification in EWM is highly advantageous.\nAbility to work effectively in a global, complex and highly integrated business environment.\nGrading Differentiators\nGood knowledge of SAP EWM functional processes and incident management practices.\nOperates independently within assigned functional scope and delivers with limited supervision.\nAble to resolve moderately complex functional issues across integrated EWM processes.\nContributes effectively to support, enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
