Test, analyses, and verifies the quality of the design.\n\nLead problem solving. Do the root-cause analysis of production problems and consumer complaints.\n\nResponsible for deliveringinput in the planning process to the project manager. Draws up personal schedules and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way.\n\nDocuments design work and prepares reports according to provided templates from the I2M processes. Ensure design files, design history file, BOM and other relevant information are kept up to date and stored in accordance with company procedures.\n\nContinuousimprovement and maintenance on quality and cost for mass production products.\n\nLead and/or be involved in various parts of the product life cycle from Innovation, Quotation, to Development phases by working with the customer and suppliers.\n\nLead as key competence resource in multi-partner cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.\n\nAttends training to develop skills and knowledge to keep up to date with latest technology\n\nYou're the right fit if:\nBachelor’s degree and above in Electronic and Electrical engineering\n\n10+ years of strong all round electronic design, development, test, and software/firmware skills in consumer products industry.\n\nStrong knowledge of Analogue and Digital Design includingmicroprocessors/microcontrollers,programmable logic, embedded firmware/software, PCB design and design for EMC/EMI, firmware development.\n\nKnowledge of product development methodology, traceability method, design methods and processes, system, and functional safety requirements management.\n\nStrong understanding of the hardware of systems as well as the hardware the system connects.\n\nExperience supporting products through volume manufacturing\n\nMedical device experience (risk management, safety standards)\n\nFamiliar with Design for Six Sigma, Lean development, FMEA, MS office applications.\n\nDisciplined team worker. Accurate and quality minded, cost and quality conscious.\n\nCritical thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nConfident communicator with ability to effectively present concepts and ideas both verbally and visually in English in a multi-site international setting.
