sustaining requirements into structured programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, resource availability, financial objectives, and delivery commitments.\nAs a key participant in the Change Control Board (CCB), the role will establish strong portfolio governance, drive disciplined prioritization and decision-making, and ensure successful execution of the OHC Lifecycle Management (LCM) portfolio across multiple sites and sub-businesses.\nThe ideal candidate will bring extensive product development experience, strong engineering and program management expertise, financial and portfolio governance capabilities, and proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex, multi-site initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nPMO and Portfolio Leadership: Lead the OHC PMO in Pune and oversee a portfolio of sustaining programs, product launches, complex product redevelopment initiatives, and multi-year PDLM programs.\nChange Control and Governance: Chair the Change Control Board and ensure structured intake, assessment, prioritization, approval, and tracking of business and engineering requests.\nProgram and Project Planning: Translate approved requests into clearly defined programs and projects with established scope, deliverables, ownership, resource plans, budgets, timelines, and success criteria.\nPortfolio Governance: Establish and continuously improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, milestone reviews, decision rights, escalation mechanisms, and performance reporting.\nBudget and Resource Management: Lead portfolio budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation, ensuring transparency of costs, commitments, and financial risks.\nStakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to align priorities, negotiate scope and funding, resolve dependencies, and manage delivery expectations.\nExecutive Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven portfolio updates, identify critical risks and opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.\nStrategic Decision-Making: Exercise independent judgment to challenge, defer, or decline requests that lack strategic alignment, business value, sufficient clarity, funding, or organizational capacity.\nProgram Performance and Risk Management: Oversee portfolio execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, interdependencies, and benefits realization.\nPeople Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop project and program management professionals, building PMO capabilities, strengthening execution excellence, and supporting succession planning.\nProduct Development Excellence: Apply product development and lifecycle management expertise to guide cross-functional execution, design reviews, lifecycle decisions, and delivery readiness.\nDigital Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Drive the practical adoption of Agile methodologies, digital tools, automation, data analytics, and AI to improve execution efficiency, transparency, quality, and decision-making.\nMandatory Qualifications and Experience\nMinimum 18 years of professional experience in product development or a closely related engineering environment.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.\n PMP certification is mandatory.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional, multi-site product development or lifecycle management programs.\nMandatory experience in people management, including leading and developing teams.\nStrong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM), structured development reviews, and cross-functional engineering integration.\nProven responsibility for project or portfolio budgets, financial forecasting, resource planning, and financial performance.\nExperience managing portfolios that include both short-cycle initiatives and complex, multi-year programs.\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, challenge requests, and make difficult portfolio-level decisions.\nExperience establishing, implementing, or improving PMO frameworks, portfolio governance, and project management processes.\nProven expertise in managing program risks,
