Product Design & Integration (Primary Focus)\nLead mechanical design and integration of the reloaded CT tube assembly\nDefine interfaces, tolerances, and assembly architecture of the loaded tube\nEnsure system-level compatibility with CT system requirements\nSupport design validation, test definition, and issue resolution\n2. Integration with Loading Process (Interface Responsibility, NOT ownership)\nEnsure product design is compatible with tube loading process and assembly sequence\nDefine key design constraints driven by loading and assembly requirements\nCollaborate with industrial engineering teams on:assembly feasibility\ninterface alignment\nmanufacturability constraints\n\n3. Cross-functional Coordination\nWork closely with:system engineering\nmanufacturing / industrial engineering\nquality & reliability\n\nSupport problem solving across product-process interface\n4. Validation & Risk Management\nIdentify design risks associated with assembly and loading constraints\nSupport verification and validation related to mechanical integrity and assembly robustness\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with QMS, regulatory, and design control requirements\nIdentify risks and drive corrective actions\nSupport quality improvements and issue closure\nYou're the right fit if: \nBS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent\n5+ years’ experience in precision mechanical design / system integration\nExperience in assembly design, tolerance stack-up, or equipment/mechatronic system preferred\nExperience with medical devices or high-precision equipment is a plus\nAbout Philips\nWe are a health technology company.
