Lead and coordinate across functions to translate marketing strategies into implementation tactics.\nCollect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team. Propose brand positioning, communication angles, media mix to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.\nDevelop or adapt brand communication materials and ensure high quality of execution to meet brand KPIs and deadline.\nCo-work with sales team to prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales, control pricing and promotion across channels, and manage A&P budget to maximize output.\nWork cross-functionally with local/regional marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, legal to proactively come out solution and maximize business result. You're the right fit if:\n8-10 years brand management / product marketing experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, trade marketing background is a plus.\nDemonstrate working knowledge on principles and methods of marketing strategy, advertising, media buying, and promotion.\nAbility to lead, motivate, and coordinate/communicate cross functions teams, especially sales team.\nGood project management capability and time management\nAcumen in financial numbers, pricing, and margin. \nExcellent teamwork and communication skills\nIndependent, ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork.\nAbout Philips\nWe are a health technology company.
