We’re looking for someone who can inspire others to adopt this mentality of prioritizing quality above all else in a relentless pursuit to improve the quality of life for the billions of people, that Philips improves every year.\nSpecific skill requirements for this role include:\nBachelor's (Master’s preferred) degree in Software Engineering, computer science or related field with 15+ years of experience.\nExperience in New product development, and LCM projects as Design Quality Engineer.\nTechnical skills in C++, C# Python or any programming language will be a plus.\nSound understanding of regulatory landscape including ISO13485, ISO14971, IEEE1633, FDA Drugs and cosmetic act (CFRs), IEC62304 and AI.\nSound understanding of AI foundation models, prompt engineering, and data processing techniques.\nExperience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, PHPUnit).\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProven ability to lead and mentor teams in a collaborative environment.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and tools.\nKnowledge of regulatory standards and compliance related to software quality assurance and AI.\nCompensation & benefits\nDoing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 78,187.00 - EUR 130,312.00 gross per year. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.\nThis role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
