Also working directly with the extended PSQ and Markets Q&R teams.\nExecute tactical activities with cross functional Quality activities and projects to support customer needs, RI strategy implementation and EI business success.\nSupport the implementation of Quality transformation projects\nYou are responsible for\nFacilitate, participate, and communicate QMS service activities and projects between different departments, sites, and businesses\nInitiate, stimulate, and support the implementation of process improvements\nFacilitate, manage, and support internal and external audits in all business processes\nSupport and advise the organization in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)\nParticipate in the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System\nSupports and participates in the implementation of Quality transformation projects\nFacilitate and participate in applying risk management tools, assessments, processes, and principles\nTranslate regulations and standards and bring them to consolidation in the organization and the Quality Management System\nParticipation in and verification off changes to QMS impacting service\nResponsible for performing timely, SW Quality Engineering tasks: assessing software design and reviewing tests and other performance data, analyses market feedback, completing or assisting with in the root cause analysis and SW Quality problem solving\nInteract with local and global functions across multiple the businesses\nYou are a part of\nYou are part of a dynamic team that develops software as a medical device, this role is an integral part of the Quality organization under the Radiology Informatics Business Unit.\nTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience\nBachelor's degree - preferred software / technical / engineering background\n5+ years of experience in Q&R roles within medical device industry, including software as a medical device\nFamiliarity with relevant standards and regulations, e.g., ISO13485 / MDSAP / MDD & EU-MDR / CFR\nExperience in leading multi-location activities and projects under a regulatory scope\nEffective interpersonal and communication skills. Strong oral and presentation skills in English\nFamiliar with Problem Solving techniques and Root-Cause analysis\nExperienced with Excel, PowerPoint, Word - capable to acquire further IT tools ability\nSelf-starter, motivated, and energetic\nPMP Certification - preferred\nData analysis knowledge and experience- preferred\nExperience with service and delivery of software - highly preferred\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart. The base monthly salary range for this grade R&D roles is [15,000]-[ 26,000] ILS . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.\nThis role is eligible for a bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs & company results.
