With our partners, we improve the health of patients and save lives, every day, everywhere!\nYou are responsible for defining and driving the architecture and implementation for AI powered propositions to improve efficiency, workflow and clinical outcome of minimal invasive procedures. These propositions will seamlessly integrate with other products and solutions in the IGT Systems and Devices portfolio, and are offered \"as a Service”.\nThis includes:\nReference architecture and architecture roadmap\nAI technology roadmaps, including AI development tooling\nInitiating, leading and overseeing the Architecture & Platform Creation program to de-risk and mature AI products and platforms\nScout for, and partner with 3rd parties offering products that fit our solutions, and with suppliers that can provide the underlying technology.\nPartner with other Philips businesses and Philips corporate teams to share knowledge and platforms\nYou are a part of the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems business with development sites in the China (Shanghai, Suzhou), India and the Netherlands. This business is responsible for marketing, service, development and manufacturing of solutions and products used in the area of minimally invasive procedures. The customers are hospitals and their medical specialists. You will join the IGT Systems Azurion Eye department.\nTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience\nYou hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\n7+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, or AI solution development in a professional or enterprise environment\nExperience in the (software as) medical device industry i\nExperience in building distributed cloud native and on prem software solutions supporting different business models, with an outside looking attitude to reuse and adopt rather newly develop.\nDeep understanding of cloud and container hosting technology, security.\nExperience in working cross functionally with peers from other functions, such as clinical affairs, marketing, customer service, regulatory and quality\nExperience with developing computer vision algorithms (with deep learning) for video and audio processing\nExperience with software design concepts, practices, modern development methodologies\nEager to use modern AI technology to automate tasks like document authoring, testing, test case generation, code generation, etc.\nKeep abreast of technical developments in own field through study of literature and technical contacts\nReal passion for and energy from working with cross-site, cross-functional, dynamic teams.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
