Through our leadership in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, we’re breaking new grounds in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities and more!\nSignify is one of the few companies in the world to achieve carbon neutrality and our next sustainability goals are even bolder\nAs a Supply Planner you’ll be responsible for:\n- Ensuring the efficient and effective supply of products through the process of balancing the demand from Markets with the supply of from external 3rd party suppliers, taking into account the constant introduction of new products and phase-out of old products.\n- Manages key components for Tier 1 Suppliers.\n- Collaborates with suppliers, shares and reviews relevant planning information and receives supplier commitment.\n- Creates, controls and maintains Master Production Schedule with suppliers.\n- Performs weekly PDCA cycle on FG supplier lead times and responsiveness.\n- Sets & maintains supply planning parameters in SAP & drives delivery performance of our portfolio with healthy stock levels.\n- Manages MRP as relevant.\nWe’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!\nWhat you’ll do\n· Check and verify the 12month rolling intake plan weekly to ensure right demand signal is passed to manufacturing suppliers.\n· Review with suppliers on the supply plan regarding components shortage, capacity constraint, etc.\n· Manage Product Phase in/out with minimum OB and Minimum impact on availability.\n· Manage the integral inventory levels for the assigned product groups over the supply chain in the assigned Region with objective to realize the availability targets.\n· Manage the liabilities at key suppliers.\n· Run continuous improvement projects according to Lean principles to drive O&D performance.\nYour qualifications\n· Bachelor´s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.\n· 5+ years of experience in a similar role.\n· Experience in an operational environment\n· Pragmatic and strong analytical skills (Power BI, Excel, Power Query...)\n· Programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics, Power Query...)\n· Understanding of Lean principles and practices\n· AI skills\n· Fluent English mandatory\n· SAP knowledge - S/4Hana is an advantage-\nOur candidate profile is just a guide.
