Throughout the project, you will frequently interact with the Project Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product Researcher, as well as a variety of technical subject matter experts both locally and internationally. This position is part of the Oral Healthcare team and is based in the Philips Innovation Center in Shenzhen China\nTo succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical /Electrical / Biomedical Engineering.\n5+ years’ experience in a product development environment.\nAwareness and end-to-end exposure to Systems Engineering activities in all phases of product development life cycle (concept to release).\nBuilding requirement management focus using DOORS or a similar system is preferred.\nPlanning and execution of System Integration and System Verification\nPreferably experience within a regulated industry (medical devices highly desirable, along with knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management, FDA Quality System Regulations, and ISO 13485).\nExperience in application of Design for Six Sigma methods and tools [preferred]\nFunctional competencies: fact-based, uses logic to solve problems, analyzes problems skillfully\nCommunication and presentation skills: documents data / decisions in a detailed and structured way, tailors ways to best present information to audience and presents complex technical data in a concise way\nStrong interpersonal skills to work with people globally and all levels of the organization\nFluent in English (both writing and verbal)\nLogical thinking and demonstrated competencies on handling multiple tasks.\nThe desire to work on projects that change people’s life\nCritical eye to detail\nCurious and inventive attitude\nIn return, we offer you\nA promising professional career development platform.
