This position requires strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and project governance skills to ensure product continuity and sustained customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage end-to-end lifecycle management projects for personal health products, including cost reduction, component changes, quality improvements, and regulatory updates.\n\nCollaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth execution of LCM initiatives.\n\nDrive project planning, including defining scope, timelines, deliverables, risk assessment, and resource allocation.\n\nEnsure compliance with medical device/healthcare product regulatory standards and internal quality management systems.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and timely decision-making.\n\nMonitor and report project performance through established KPIs and governance frameworks.\n\nIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues proactively.\n\nSupport business continuity by ensuring supply stability and seamless product transitions across geographies.\n\nContribute to process improvements in project execution and lifecycle management frameworks.\n\nMonitors project activities closely, balancing risk-taking with issue escalation, and preparing detailed progress and escalation reports for the project steering team to ensure informed decision-making.\n\nEnsures that Philips standards (Process/Systems/Way-of-Working) are adopted and adhered to, as outlined in the Philips Business System (PBS) and the local Management System based on the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF).\n\nApplies Philips PM Standards (PMBok and SAFe) with a basic understanding and practical application, ensuring that project management practices are aligned with organizational expectations and industry best practices.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.\n\nExperience\n8-10 years of professional experience in project management within healthcare, medical devices, or consumer health products.\n\nProven experience in lifecycle management, product engineering changes, or supplier-driven projects.\n\nCertification\nPMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly preferable.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech). Advanced degree (M.Tech/MBA) is a plus.\n\nSkills\nStrong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.\n\nFamiliarity with medical device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA, MDR, etc.) and compliance frameworks.\n\nHands-on experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in risk management and cost optimization projects.\n\nAbility to manage global, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.\n\nKnowledge of supply chain processes and supplier quality management is an advantage.\n\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
