Job Title Usability DesignerJob Description As a Usability Designer within Philips' Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) business, you will play a critical role in shaping products that improve patient outcomes and clinician experiences around the world. You'll champion user-centered design, ensuring our solutions are safe, effective, and intuitive while advocating for the needs of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals across a global portfolio of innovative products and services. Your role: Defining usability activities across all development phases in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including UX designers, clinical specialists, product managers, researchers, and system engineers. Conducting user research, task analysis, and developing use scenarios. Providing usability input to the design of user-centered and safe-to-use solutions. Leading usability FMEA activities. Planning, executing, and reporting usability evaluations and ensuring critical findings are addressed.
