Based in our London office, this role follows a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days per week on-site and reports directly to the Managing Director, PJ International.\nWorking closely with our Global Marketing team and international leaders, the Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives, public relations, content creation, events, and brand activations that strengthen awareness and engagement across key international markets. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller, relationship builder, and project manager with a passion for luxury brands, design, and creating exceptional brand experiences.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBrand Storytelling & Communications\nAdapt global campaigns and content to engage audiences across the UK and Europe.\nEnsure all communications reflect the Phillip Jeffries brand while resonating locally.\nIdentify opportunities to connect our brand to design trends, industry conversations, and cultural moments.\nPartner with Global Marketing to bring the Phillip Jeffries story to life throughout the international design community.\nPublic Relations & Media Relations\nBuild and nurture relationships with design media, editors, influencers, and industry partners.\nSecure meaningful media coverage that elevates brand awareness, product launches, and company initiatives.\nCoordinate press events, media visits, and PR opportunities across international markets.\nCollaborate with external agencies and Global Marketing to maximize visibility and measure results.\nMarket Trends & Industry Insights\nStay ahead of design, lifestyle, and cultural trends across Europe and key international markets.\nShare market insights and opportunities with cross-functional teams to support business growth.\nBuild industry relationships that keep Phillip Jeffries connected to emerging trends and conversations.\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen brand relevance and support product storytelling.\nCampaign Management\nPartner with Global Marketing and regional teams to bring campaigns from concept through execution.\nManage timelines, deliverables, and project coordination to ensure successful campaign launches.\nSupport marketing requests and regional initiatives across multiple European markets.\nTrack results, gather insights, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.\nEvents, Activations & Brand Experiences\nLead the planning and execution of trade shows, showroom events, industry activations, and brand experiences.\nBuild relationships with design organizations, industry partners, and influencers.\nSupport advertising, sponsorships, award submissions, and promotional partnerships.\nManage event logistics, budgets, calendars, and performance reporting to maximize impact.\nContent Creation & Social Media\nCreate and manage engaging content across digital and social platforms.\nSupport regional storytelling that inspires the design community and strengthens brand awareness.\nEnsure content reflects Phillip Jeffries' luxury brand standards and product excellence.\nMonitor content performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.\nMust have:\nLocated in London or Greater London\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, brand management, or a related discipline.\nExperience supporting multiple international markets, preferably throughout Europe.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for storytelling.\nExperience managing media relations, events, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments, cultures, and external partners.\nExperience within luxury, interiors, design, architecture, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is highly preferred\nPassion for design, creativity, and delivering exceptional brand experiences.\nWhy Phillip Jeffries?\nAs a purpose-driven organization, we truly believe that where you work matters.
