This position will support us in ME daily work in Injector & Rail APU and reports to ME Supervisor-GDi Calibration.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerforms manufacturing engineering work relating to production process, production methods.\nTrack, analyze and record equipment overall effectiveness and identify process improvements.\nAnalysis of existing production quality problems and take immediate corrective action/solution..\nFocus on quality of products produced in the production systems.\nWork with the assigned quality engineer to ensure that all quality issues are adequately and appropriately addressed.\nCreate and update production floor documents relating to production equipment\nAssist in training of production operators and maintenance personnel on production equipment.\nPlan and oversee the installation and startup of manufacturing equipment. \nProvide technical support for mechanics in troubleshooting.\nEnsure tooling drawing release and management, ensure mechanical spare parts drawings available\nAccomplish tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.\nMake safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual\nWhat we’re looking for\nCollege degree of Automatic or mechanic or engineering major or equivalent experience\n3 years work experience on process engineering. Automotive component manufacturing experience is preferred. Experience on PFMEA,PFD, process and equipment.\nKnowledge of Mechanical, assembly, laser welding process and testing. Good problem solving techniques\nAuto CAD&3D drawing required, excel data summary& PPT report, industry camera such as Cognex visual is a plus.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office software\nGood command of written English.
