Read More\nJOB PURPOSE\nThe Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the month-end close process, account reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Technical and Corporate Accounting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial results\nPrepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation for assigned areas\nMonitor balance sheet and income statement accounts, investigate variances, and resolve accounting issues\nReview accounts receivable aging with shared service center to identify past due items and drive resolution\nCoordinate the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes for corporate functions\nPerform ad hoc projects as needed for the corporate accounting and corporate reporting teams\nEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and internal control requirements\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance. \n5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in public accounting\nMaster’s degree or CPA qualification is a plus\nSAP and OneStream experience preferred\nDemonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills\nStrong initiative to improve processes and gain efficiency while maintaining objectives\nGood organizational skills\nMust be able to work in a team environment\nHighly driven / self-starter\nEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY\nPHINIA is an equal employment opportunity employer such that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.\nVISA SPONSORSHIP\nFor this role, applicants must be currently authorized to work on a full-time basis in the country where the position is based.
