and design documents, runbooks and handover materials in French (and English if needed).\nTrain space owners and admins, and support adoption through go-live.\nReport progress, risks and decisions to the project lead each week.\n\nRequired skills\nNative or fluent French (spoken and written), plus professional English\n5+ years of hands-on Confluence experience at a senior admin, consultant or architect level\nProven track record in Confluence information architecture and governance design\nExperience with Confluence Cloud, including Data Center/Server to Cloud migrations using the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA)\nStrong knowledge of Confluence permissions, spaces, templates, macros and Atlassian Cloud administration\nConsulting skills: running workshops, managing stakeholders, writing clear documentation\n\nNice to have\nAtlassian certifications (Confluence or Cloud admin)\nExperience at an Atlassian Solution Partner\nExperience with Marketplace apps such as Comala, Scroll, draw.io/Gliffy and ScriptRunner\nExperience with Jira/JSM knowledge-base integration, or with Atlassian Rovo/AI features\nExperience with GDPR, EU data residency or regulated
