If you believe you can contribute to our mission at this intensity level, tell us why.\nYour mission at Phlair\nAs a Growth & Operations Intern, you support Phlair’s commercial and go-to-market efforts across customer research, pipeline development, and strategic analysis. You work closely with the commercial team, CEO, and technical teams to help turn technology progress into real market traction.\nThis role is ideal if you want to understand how deep-tech climate companies sell, position themselves, and navigate regulation-driven markets.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nSupport go-to-market and business development efforts\n\nHelp structure and maintain CRM data, sales funnels, and market intelligence\n\nBuild AI-enabled workflows and automations using Claude skills/code; provide hands-on support on building a new automation backbone\n\nPrepare materials for outreach, meetings, conferences, and RFPs, including briefings, slides, and summaries, using tools like Figma\n\nAll kinds of operational tasks beyond core comms work; you jump in wherever needed\n\nThis is not a “shadowing” internship. You’ll do real work that matters.\nWhat You Bring\nAvailability from Q1/2027 onwards, at least six months.\n\nCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, engineering, natural sciences, economics, or a related field\n\nPrior internship experience in startups, consulting, sales, or venture is a plus, but not required\n\nStrong interest in climate tech, carbon removal, energy, or industrial decarbonization\n\nHands-on experience with AI tools and automation workflows, or strong curiosity to apply AI in commercial and operational contexts\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to structure information and communicate clearly in writing and presentations\n\nHigh ownership mentality, reliability, and comfort working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment\n\nHow we work at Phlair\nOnsite & Collaborative: Our offices in Ismaning, Germany, house our pilot plant, where we work physically on our product every day.
