The Medical Receptionist will report to the Health Practice Manager.\nThe Bilingual, Spanish-speaking Float Medical Receptionist performs a wide variety of front desk duties across all Specialized Health Services health center sites, covering staff vacancies, leaves, call-outs, and periods of high patient volume. The Float Medical Receptionist must adapt quickly to each site's patient flow, providers, and workflows while maintaining a consistent emphasis on quality of care and customer service. Fluent in English and Spanish. The Float MA communicates directly with Spanish-speaking patients and families and supports language access at every site.
