This position will report to the Health Programs Officer.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAdministrative, Program, and Fiscal Oversight\nProvides overall administrative leadership and strategic oversight for ReACH community education initiatives, including participant-facing and provider-facing education programs\nProvides direct management and supervision of program staff responsible for individual ReACH education initiatives\nOversees planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of all ReACH education programs to ensure alignment across initiatives and consistency in messaging and delivery\nManages and monitors education program budgets in coordination with ReACH fiscal staff and external partners, including tracking expenditures and supporting fiscal reporting\nPrepares monthly and other required programmatic and fiscal reports and ensures timely fulfillment of grant and contract deliverables related to education activities\nSupports program planning, expansion, and sustainability efforts, including assisting with grant writing, contract renewals, and implementation of new education initiatives\nUses nimble and adaptive problem-solving to respond to evolving public health priorities, community needs, and funding requirements\nEducation Program Management and Workforce Support\nProvides oversight and coordination of all ReACH education programs, including infant safe sleep education, the Breastfeeding Management Course, and OVA preventative education initiatives such as Early Warning Signs and Perinatal Mental Health trainings\nSupervises program coordinators/staff responsible for individual education programs, supporting their planning, implementation, performance, and professional development\nEnsures that education programs for both community participants and providers are implemented in alignment with ReACH standards, evidence-based practices, and funder expectations\nCoordinates onboarding, orientation, and administrative oversight for educators, trainers, and consultants supporting ReACH education initiatives\nEnsures required and ongoing trainings are delivered consistently across programs\nIdentifies and organizes professional development opportunities, peer learning, and skills-building sessions for program managers and education staff\nProgram Coordination and Partnerships\nCoordinates across PDPH divisions, hospitals, health systems, community-based organizations, and other partners to support integrated and consistent education efforts\nWorks closely with ReACH leadership and program managers to align community education initiatives with broader maternal and child health priorities\nDevelops and maintains partnerships to support education delivery, outreach, and dissemination to providers and community participants\nQuality Improvement and Strategic Support\nMonitors implementation of education programs to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement\nSupports continuous quality improvement efforts across all ReACH education initiatives\nContributes to strategic planning related to community education delivery, workforce development, and program growth\nSKILLS:\nProven ability to think strategically and adapt quickly in complex, evolving environments\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively with diverse staff, partners, providers, and community stakeholders\nEXPERIENCE:\nDemonstrated experience in program management and administrative leadership\nDemonstrated experience managing educational programs, including developing, implementing, and evaluating curricula for adolescent and adult learners\nExperience managing virtual platforms and technology solutions to support the delivery of educational programs, webinars, and online learning\nExperience overseeing program budgets and supporting fiscal monitoring and reporting\nExperience supporting program expansion or implementation of new initiatives\nPreferred: Experience with maternal and child health, perinatal health, or community-based education programs\nROLE REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in public health, education, social sciences, or a related field required\nTwo years of related experience required\nSALARY:
