Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities while applying Agile practices as the organization transitions toward greater agility.\nProject Manager I\nManages project tier level 3 projects.\nServes as a point of contact for project stakeholders.\nEffectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.\nDemonstrates quality project management knowledge.\nAbility to manage and escalate issues effectively without guidance.\nLeads projects from initiation to closure.\nDefine resource requirements and develop full scale project plans.\nTracks project deliverables and milestones, per the project plan, using appropriate tools.\nFrequently and regularly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.\nProject Manager II\nProvides oversight to Project Manager I and Project Coordinator positions, as needed.\nServes as a mentor and trainer to all project management team members, project team members and management.\nDemonstrates a high level of project management knowledge while managing projects.\nHas a broad understanding of each of our business areas. \nEssential Functions\nEssential functions may include, but are not limited to the following:\nLead the planning and implementation of projects.\nFacilitate iterative planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance delivery outcomes.\nServe as a change agent for Agile adoption, leveraging frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.\nWork with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs that support both structured and Agile delivery approaches.\nDefine resource requirements and develop project plans, as necessary.\nTrack project deliverables using appropriate tools.\nProvide direction and support to project team.\nPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, as applicable.\nEnsures proper project results by supporting the team as needed.\nAssemble and coordinate project staff.\nMonitors and coordinates resource allocation.\nWorks collaboratively with project management peers and resource managers to effectively address project portfolio needs.\nOversees project portfolio content ensuring that projects and processes are managed per standards.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.\nObtain and utilize sensitive information discreetly and objectively. \nCorrect English usage;
