This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country.\nToday, we build AI teammates for home care and home health agencies - starting with scheduling workflows that are mission-critical, high-volume, and deeply broken.\nWe are looking for a high-agency operator to help us find, qualify, and open the next wave of agencies that should be running on Phoebe.\nAbout the Role\nTLDR: Help build our BDR foundation with a clear path to AE in 6-9 months.\nBase: $77k-84k\n\nOTE: $110-$120k\n\nFounding-BDR band equity\n\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will play a key role in driving the top of Phoebe's pipeline, focused heavily on the channels that are not being driven by the GTM engineering, sales, and growth team members that you'll be working closely with.\n\nYou will become an expert on the home care market and its operational pain points, then execute outbound outreach to book qualified meetings with agency owners and operators.\n\nYou will help define what excellent outbound looks like at Phoebe, then document it for the next BDR as you shift into a full stack selling role within 6-9 months of joining.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, fundraising, or another high-volume outbound role\n\nStrong work ethic and visible urgency; you make more attempts than people expect\n\nComfort on the phone with cold prospects; you can hold a conversation, ask sharp questions, and handle objections\n\nStrong written communication; your emails sound like a person, not a template\n\nCuriosity about how businesses actually run; you want to understand the agency operator, not just sell them\n\nComfort being measured on activity and outcomes\n\nHigh adaptability; you are excited to test, get rejected, and try a different angle the same afternoon\n\nWillingness to work in the weeds while also improving the system\n\nWho You Are\nYou are a strong fit if you:\nAre competitive and want to be measured against a number\n\nLike the grind of cold outbound and don't need constant external motivation\n\nPay close attention to detail (account research, CRM hygiene, follow-through)\n\nTake feedback well and try the new thing the next day\n\nWant to learn how to sell from the ground up, not just hit a quota\n\nAre energized by being early;
