Responsible for the leadership and direction of various managers and team leaders within Imaging services.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in radiologic technology from an accredited school (Required)\nMaster's Degree Other Degree in MBA, MHA, or related field (Preferred)\nWork Experience\n7 or more years Radiology Experience Required\n7 or more years Progressive Leadership Experience Required\nLicenses and Certifications\nARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required\nEssential Functions\nDocuments and submits required information and data in a timely fashion.\nClearly and accurately documents designated processes, policies, products, service offerings, etc.\nEnsures that documentation is tailored to expected readers / users.\nUses correct terminology.\nConforms to required style and format.\nDemonstrates technical skill in using equipment appropriate for role.\nUnderstands equipment operation.\nMaintains equipment in working order. Troubleshoots equipment problems.\nUses technology to increase productivity. Adapts to new technology\nPerforms administrative duties within the Imaging Department.\nDirector maintains the operations of the Imaging department within the fiscal and productivity guidelines of the PPMH.\nDirector manages the human resources of the Imaging Department and any other department assigned.
