You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.\n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop and maintain AI and machine learning applications, agents, and automation solutions mainly using Python or Copilot Studio, using modern software engineering practices.\n\nImplement workflows using RAG, LLMs, vector search or prompt engineering to create reliable enterprise AI applications.\n\nIntegrate AI solutions into existing business and IT landscapes.\n\nContribute to solution quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to security and development standards.\n\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and implement AI-driven solutions.\n\nContinuously develop your technical skills and stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.\n\nYour Profile:\n\nYou hold a Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a similar field.\n\nYou are experienced in Python.\n\nYou have practical experience with cloud-based AI development, preferably on Microsoft Azure.\n\nHands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks.\n\nUnderstanding the basic principles of NLP, LLMs and Deep Learning.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nStrong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nYou are familiar with methods of agile project management.\n\nThe ability to work in English is required.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n26 days paid annual leave + 1 additional for your Birthday.\n\nHealth insurance.\n\nFood vouchers.\n\nFlexible working time and options to work from home.\n\nFree parking.\n\nSports venue pass fully covered.\n\nLearning and development.\n\nEmployee discounts for company products and services.\n\nWith passion about our product vision in delivering health: creating a health platform that brings together all health services—pharmacies, doctors, and medical supply stores—under one roof.
