incidents, and system-related issues, troubleshooting across procurement and connected backend systems, and coordinating 3rd-level topics with external tool providers (ticket creation, follow-up, testing, and communication with country stakeholders).\nAnswering all written requests and problems\nProblem - solving and troubleshooting in case of incidents/problems\nEditing / Handling of purchase order baskets with defects in all backends\nMaster Data Management (Enhancement of master data, e.g., GL accounts; adaptations or customizing of master data, e.g., class - GL account mappings\nUser Management (user generation/medication deletion)\nSupport in Rollout projects (master data generation in test systems, etc.)\nWhat makes you the best\nCollege or university degree in economics or a related subject or IT (1-3 years)\nGeneral understanding of finance and procurement processes and standards\nStrong communication and advisory skills\nIT Affinity, ITIL Knowledge, an
