As part of our Product & Technology team, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Support colleagues to continuously improve our cloud-native infrastructure and operational processes while contributing to a platform that supports millions of healthcare transactions.\n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nMaintaining and developing the CI/CD operation of the Java-based services running on OpenShift and deployed via Argo-CD.\n\nMaintain and develop, orchestrate and expand the said OpenShift clusters.\n\nOperate and expand the ArgoCD continuous delivery solution.\n\nOperate PGSQL in the capacity of a server administrator responsible for its uptime and DR.\n\nLinux OS Administration (any distribution)\n\nContribute to 3rd-level technical support and participate in on-call IT operations support.\n\nMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.\n\nMonitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack.\n\nCollaborate with the team to ensure stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure operations following modern DevOps and security best practices.\n\nWork cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Support teams.\n\nContribute to operational processes, incident handling, and change management activities.\n\nYour Profile:\n\n-Must haves:\n\nExperience operating Kubernetes/OpenShift-based environments and public cloud infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and containerized applications.\n\nExperience with PGSQL and administration best practices.\n\nLinux Administration (any distribution)\n\nStrong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.
