Home | PHOENIX group\nThe heart of the role\nAs a Process Intelligence Engineer, you will drive data-driven process improvements across E2E Finance processes, leveraging Process Intelligence, automation and AI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, develop innovative solutions, and support the optimization of Finance processes.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport the rollout of Process Intelligence technology across E2E Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)\nAnalyze process inefficiencies with cross-functional teams and derive data-driven improvements\nAct as a technical Process Intelligence expert, advising SSC clients on E2E process optimization\nSet up and operate Process Intelligence solutions, incl. data\nintegration and modeling\nCreate customized, state-of-the-art Process Intelligence solution dashboards with defined Key Performance Indicators based on business requirements\nDevelop AI-based solutions leveraging the context layer of Process Intelligence, incl. GenAI and Agentic AI\nWorks closely with Local and Global Process Owners, GPO teams, and further CBS stakeholders (e.g., program management)\nCollaborates with Corporate IT for data access, architecture\nalignment, and technical feasibility\nWhat makes you beat\nDegree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in data science, information\ntechnology, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics\n3+ years of professional experience in business process analysis or data science/data engineering, preferably in process intelligence\nProven track record in implementing data or Process Mining tools (e.g., Python, Celonis).\nGood knowledge of relational databases or programming, e.g., SQL\nKnow-how in applying and integrating automation workflows (e.g., UiPath) as well as Artificial Intelligence (Large Language Models, Microsoft Copilot Studio, etc.) is beneficial.\nExperience working in shared services or finance operations is\nbeneficial\nStrong analytical mindset, able to translate complex data into\nbusiness-relevant insights\nSolid understanding of transactional Finance processes/workflows\nStrong communication skills, enabling effective
