POSITION INFO: Duties: Maintain accurate administrative records, filing systems and supporting documentation. Capture invoices, delivery notes and stock transactions. Check deliveries against orders and report shortages, damage or pricing discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering requirements with management. Record stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns and wastage. Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile physical quantities against records. Investigate variances and report discrepancies promptly.
