You'll play a key role in helping Phoenix improve efficiency, consistency and effectiveness by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of new ways of working.\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupport the delivery of business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, systems, processes and ways of working.\nWork closely with the Business Operations Manager to translate business objectives into operational requirements and improvement activities.\nCoordinate and support cross-functional projects, including planning, implementation, documentation and progress tracking.\nSupport the effective adoption and utilisation of internal systems and applications across the business.\nBuild strong relationships with teams across Phoenix to understand challenges, requirements and improvement opportunities.\nMonitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure intended benefits are realised.\nPromote governance, consistency and best practice across business operations.\nSupport the delivery of operational projects and organisational change initiatives.\nContribute to the ongoing development of efficient and scalable business processes.\nWhat are we looking for?\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to work collaboratively with teams across the business.\nProactive and enthusiastic approach to continuous improvement.\nConfidence supporting business change and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong administrative and coordination skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nExperience & Qualifications\nExperience supporting operational, project or business improvement activities desirable.\nExperience working across multiple teams and departments beneficial.\nExposure to process improvement, governance or business operations activities advantageous.\nRelevant business, project or operational qualifications beneficial but not essential.\nPractical stuff\nWhere is the role based?\nPrimary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42).\nWhat about hybrid/remote working?\nHybrid working is supported, with a minimum expectation aligned to team requirements.\nHow many interviews?\nFollowing a screen with the Recruitment Team, you can expect a two-stage interview process - one online and one in-person.\nImportantBPSS Check\nAs part of our recruitment process and due to the nature of the work we do, all employees are required to undertake a BPSS check.
