Working closely with Phoenix sales teams and Rubrik stakeholders, you will help identify new business opportunities, drive renewals and upsell activity, and strengthen Phoenix's position within the data protection market.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAct as an overlay sales specialist, supporting sales teams in positioning and promoting Rubrik solutions.\nWork closely with customers and sales teams to identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities.\nSupport opportunity scoping, pipeline generation, quotations, renewals and upsell opportunities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Phoenix, customers and Rubrik.\nDeliver sales enablement and training sessions to support wider sales engagement and capability.\nSupport the creation, execution and tracking of sales and marketing campaigns.\nManage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.\nEnsure all opportunities and activities are accurately maintained within D365.\nWork closely with the deal registration team to ensure opportunity data remains accurate and up to date.\nContribute to the continued growth of Phoenix's data protection business and vendor partnerships.\nSupport objectives outlined within the company's information security policies.\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience within a technology sales, business development or vendor-focused role.\nStrong ability to identify, develop and progress sales opportunities.\nExperience supporting customers throughout the sales lifecycle, including renewals and upsell opportunities.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to engage confidently with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nAttention to detail, particularly when managing opportunities, reporting and forecasting.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.\nCommercial awareness and a goal-oriented mindset.\nConfident delivering sales enablement sessions and sharing knowledge with wider teams.\nExperience & Qualifications\nEducated to GCSE or A-Level standard (or equivalent).\nIdeally a minimum of three years' selling experience within the technology sector.\nExperience working with vendors, channel partners or technology solutions desirable.\nExperience within cyber security, data protection or cloud technologies beneficial but not essential.\nPractical stuff\nWhere is the role based?\nPrimary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42).\nWhat about hybrid/remote working?\nHybrid working is supported, with flexibility depending on role and business requirements.\nHow many interviews?\nFollowing a screen with the Recruitment Team, you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.\nImportantBPSS Check\nAs part of our recruitment process and due to the nature of the work we do, all employees are required to undertake a BPSS check.
