The role is responsible for project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue control, resource coordination, and financial oversight.\nActing as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, the Project Manager will build strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure an excellent client experience. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage risks and issues effectively, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. A professional, customer-focused approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of project management methodologies are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Project.\nKey Skills & Experience:\nEssential\nExperience managing projects within an IT services, technology, or consultancy environment. \nStrong understanding of project management principles and governance. \nAbility to manage stakeholders, project finances, risks, and resources effectively. \nDesirable\nPRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification. \nExperience delivering infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, security, or end-user computing projects. \nKnowledge of IT services and consultancy delivery models. \nPractical stuff\nWhere is the role based?\nPrimary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) on a hybrid basis with circa 2 days per week in the office\nHow many interviews?\nFollowing a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.\nWhat are the benefits?\nYou can read about the benefits on offer here\n*Important* BPSS Check\nAs part of our recruitment process due to the nature of the work we do, all employees are required to undertake a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check.
