We are seeking dynamic candidates who enjoy a fast-paced and team oriented work environment supported by a company with the motto \"Customers first, employees always!\"\n Title: Laser Operator\nReports to: Production Supervisor\nJob Purpose: Ultimately responsible for set up and operation of laser machines, production saw, and tumble blast machine.\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:\nAnalyze engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and other quality documents\nAdjust machine settings per part specifications and troubleshoot machine setting issues \nExamine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with fixtures, gauges, and measuring tools to ensure conformance with specifications\nMaintain tolerances determined by part specifications\nAbility to perform preventative maintenance and maintain the area’s 5S standards\nRecognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools\nMust be able to lift up to 50lbs\nPerform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor\nFollow all OSHA and internal safety standards\n Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred\nWillingness to rotate through multiple manufacturing operations\nAbility to perform standard shop computations (math)\nAbility to read schematics (blue prints) and engineering drawings\nAbility to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures\nAbility to follow administrative/procedural policies as well as work within a team environment\n Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC offers a drug-free work place along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
