We are seeking a Medior Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of several technical Research & Technology projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Leaders and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
Support Project Leaders in structured execution of technical R&T projects.
Translate technical deliverables into clear actions and reports.
Manage project budgets, contracts, risks and financial reporting.
Coordinate contractual and reporting obligations related to publicly funded projects.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Communications).
Facilitate workshops and project meetings using Lean, Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking methodologies.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
Approximately 2-5 years of relevant project management experience.
Experience with stakeholder management in a complex environment.
Demonstrable experience managing budgets and contracts.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent command of English.
Nice to have
Experience with publicly funded research projects, research consortia or public-private partnerships.
Experience with SAP.
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and/or a project management certification such as PMP, IPMA or Scrum.
Experience within aerospace, high-tech innovation, energy transition or a similar technical environment.
