The role will lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards.\nKey responsibilities\nManage all OT cybersecurity projects at the site, from analysis and design through implementation and delivery.\n\nProvide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners.\n\nOversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment.\n\nCoordinate and lead cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity improvement programs.\n\nReport project progress to operational and client management levels.\n\nSupport implementation of cybersecurity strategy in accordance with IEC 62443, NIS2 and other regulations.\n\nCoach and mentor engineers and project team members to ensure quality and safety.\n\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.\n\nExtensive experience in OT cybersecurity, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and security monitoring.\n\nProven project or program management experience in an industrial environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards.\n\nFluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environments.\n\nFluency in French.\n\nExperience with contract and budget management.\n\nInterested?
