The role focuses on aligning digital solutions, IT services, projects, and programmes with organisational strategic objectives and business goals.\nKey responsibilities\nBuild and maintain a strategically balanced IT portfolio across run, grow and transform horizons.\n\nEvaluate and prioritize portfolio components using weighted methods such as WSJF and Cost of Delay.\n\nManage resource capacity, allocation, and dependencies through portfolio Kanban and quarterly planning.\n\nCollect and analyse portfolio performance against KPIs and OKRs, delivering automated dashboards and reports.\n\nOversee portfolio governance, risk registers, change control, and budget alignment.\n\nCollaborate with solution, service, programme and project managers and other stakeholders.\n\nRequired qualifications\nMinimum 15 years of IT professional experience.\n\n15 years experience with project, programme and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PM², PfMP).\n\n10 years experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.\n\n10 years experience in IT Governance.\n\nExperience with enterprise architecture modelling (BPMN/UML) and cost-benefit analysis.\n\nNice to have\nHands-on experience with GovIS2, Jira Align or equivalent PPM platforms.\n\nKnowledge of COBIT and ITIL 4 frameworks.\n\nBackground in cybersecurity principles and IT asset protection.\n\nExperience performing As-Is/To-Be and gap analyses.\n\nInterested?
