Learn more at phoenixdata.ai\nJob Overview\nPhoenixAI is looking for a Recruiter to help us scale the team across the company. You'll recruit for a mix of roles spanning go-to-market (sales, marketing, customer success, and sales engineering), R&D, and G&A.\nThis is a hands-on, full-cycle role. You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership from intake through offer negotiation, and you'll have real latitude to shape how we recruit as we scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM, R&D, and G&A, from intake through offer and close.\nPartner with hiring managers and leadership across functions to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.\nBuild and manage pipeline for competitive roles through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.\nRecruit technical roles in R&D and the field (such as Solutions Architect), partnering with technical interviewers to set and hold a consistent bar.\nAct as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience.\nManage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process.\nLead offer negotiation and close, working directly with candidates through to acceptance.\nTrack and report on recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) to inform hiring strategy.\nEstablish and refine scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and documentation as the team grows.\nQualifications\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth tech or B2B SaaS companies, with deep expertise in either GTM or technical hiring.\nTrack record recruiting at a fast-paced startup environment, ideally at a Series B or similar growth stage.\nStrong sourcing skills and a track record of filling competitive roles without relying on inbound volume.\nHands-on with Rippling (or a comparable ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable owning scheduling and coordination where needed.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience partnering directly with executives across functions.\nComfort with ambiguity and building process from scratch.\nFamiliarity with the data infrastructure, database space a plus.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nEvery PhoenixAI hire is held to the same operating bar: own the outcome, seek truth and build trust, move fast with judgment, work AI-first, and raise the bar without ego.\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. The offer also includes equity and PhoenixAI's full benefits package.
