If you are passionate about developing advanced SaaS systems and enjoy solving challenging technical problems in a collaborative, open-source-oriented environment, we invite you to join our team at PhoenixAIand help shape the future of data analytics.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesigning, developing, upgrading, and maintaining the Cloud Control Plane.\nDeveloping and iterating new user-facing features, such as auto-scaling, backup recovery, security enhancements, diagnostic optimization, and observability.\nEnsuring that users of cloud products have a stable and reliable product experience.\nQualifications\n5+ years of professional experience in developing platforms or backend for commercial or open-source applications.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields is required.\nUnderstanding of computer principles, with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, and strong programming skills.\nPassionate about problem-solving, with the ability to help customers identify issues in complex online environments.\nAdvance proficiency in Golang, Java, etc., and a deep understanding of technologies such as K8S, database systems, and distributed systems.\nExperience in developing cloud management systems (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) is preferred.\nFamiliarity with AWS/Azure/GCP IaaS, VPC, and network infrastructure is a plus.\nThe base salary for this role is projected at $160,000 - $240,000 annually, plus eligibility for PhoenixAI's bonus and equity programs.\nIndividual compensation will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
