  • Freundliches Empfangen der PhoneStore Kunden
  • Professionelle Beratung der Kunden, Bedürfnisse erkennen, Interesse an neuen Dienstleistungen/Optionen wecken
  • Anwenden des Pencil Sellings, um den Kunden die Attraktivität unserer Angebote aufzuzeigen
  • Verkaufsabschlüsse mit Begeisterung und Überzeugung tätigen
  • Bearbeiten und Lösen von technischen Fragestellungen der Kunden
  • Unterstützen in der attraktiven Präsentation unserer Produkte
  • Arbeit an der Kasse

Qualifikation

  • Freundlicher, überzeugender Kommunikationsstil mit Verkaufsflair
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Telekommunikation oder Multimedia zwingend
  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (Detailhandel, Verkauf) wünschenswert
