We are growing fast and just getting started, which means our GTM engine is being built in real time, and we need someone to own the systems and data that make it run.\nAbout the Role\nThis is the seat that sits between RevOps and Strategy & Ops. You'll own the systems and data behind our go-to-market motion, and you'll stay flexible enough to pick up whatever the business needs next. Some weeks you're deep in HubSpot workflows. Other weeks you're running an analysis for leadership or untangling a process gap nobody else has claimed. It's not a fixed lane, and it's not a traditional RevOps role.\nYou'll report directly to the Chief of Staff and have real visibility into how the whole GTM engine is built. This is a role for someone hungry and looking to grow fast, who wants a front-row seat to the decisions that actually move the company. You'll get real ownership and real exposure to impactful, cross-functional work from day one, ideally paired with a foundation in structured problem-solving (think consulting rigor) and a real appetite for startup speed and ambiguity. This role is in office 5 days a week in San Francisco.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the forecasting cadence, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting leadership relies on\nRun ad hoc analyses (win/loss trends, funnel bottlenecks, campaign ROI) that shape leadership decisions\nOwn HubSpot end-to-end: pipeline stages, deal properties, lead routing, and workflow automation\nBuild and maintain reporting and dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and funnel conversion across our SMB and Enterprise motions\nDesign and document GTM processes as the team scales: lead qualification, SDR/AE handoffs, deal desk basics\nTake on undefined, high-priority work as it lands, and project-manage the cross-functional initiatives that don't have an obvious owner yet\nDrive UTM and attribution discipline across marketing campaigns, closing tracking gaps hand-in-hand with marketing\nPartner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to keep systems and processes aligned as we grow\nEvaluate and implement GTM tool integrations (contract systems, marketing platforms) and wire up webhook-style automation where it makes sense\nOnboard new GTM hires into our systems and processes\nPick up anything else the GTM engine needs, whether or not it fits neatly into a job description\nWhat You'll Bring\n2-3+ years of experience, ideally a mix of consulting (structured problem-solving, client rigor) and startup (comfort with ambiguity and speed)\nHands-on HubSpot experience, admin-level familiarity with workflows, properties, and reporting strongly preferred\nStrong Excel and Sheets skills; SQL is a plus\nHigh attention to detail, because this role touches the data leadership uses to make decisions\nLow ego about scope: equally happy building a dashboard or cleaning up a spreadsheet\nWhy Join Phonely\nWe are a team of ex-athletes, founders, and builders with low egos and high standards.
